
1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Sidekick provides technical support services and grants free access to a CRM platform as long as users maintain an active subscription. Our support includes troubleshooting, assistance with platform functionalities, and onboarding support via email. Additional services, such as custom workflow creation, are available separately.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
- Each subscription includes technical support and free access to the CRM platform.
- Additional charges may apply for SMS messaging, phone calls, or other premium features.
- A $50 transfer-out fee applies if users wish to transfer their subaccount to another CRM account.
- Failure to make timely payments will result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written request via [Support Email].
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid the next charge.
- No refunds will be issued for any prior payments, including the trial period covered by The Financial Matchmaker.
- Upon cancellation, CRM access and technical support will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. RESTRICTIONS ON CRM USE
To ensure compliance with regulations and prevent misuse, users must adhere to the following:
- No spamming, unsolicited messaging, or abusive marketing practices.
- Users must have an A2P 10DLC registration/license for SMS messaging and phone communications.
- Any violation of applicable laws, marketing guidelines, or platform policies may result in account suspension.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
5. SUPPORT LIMITATIONS
- Sidekick provides technical assistance for platform functionalities but does not create or customize workflows.
- Users requiring custom automations, funnels, or integrations can purchase these services separately.

- Technical support is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (EST) via email, with a 24-hour response time during business hours.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- Sidekick is not responsible for the business performance or success of users utilizing the CRM platform.
- Sidekick does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or profitability of any tools, campaigns, or automations users implement.
- Sidekick is not liable for any third-party integrations or external services users choose to integrate.
- Any damages resulting from misuse, system outages, or failure to comply with platform policies will not be covered by Sidekick.
7. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
- Sidekick reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
- Any significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Accounts violating these Terms & Conditions may be suspended or terminated without notice.
8. OPEN OFFICE SUPPORT
- Subscribers gain access to weekly open office hours provided by Sidekick for live assistance and Q&A.
- Open office sessions allow users to seek guidance, but complex issues may require additional paid support.
- Schedule and details will be provided upon subscription.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations for 30 days.
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in Florida.
10. TERMS OF USE
- By using our services, you agree not to misuse, abuse, or circumvent any system, feature, or access control provided.
- Access to services is granted to the individual or agency named in the registration form and may not be shared or transferred without written permission from Sidekick.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
- We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any misuse or violation of these Terms of Use.
